A holistic online athletic development program that integrates injury prevention, sport biomechanics & speed development into three progressive training blocks to help athletes optimize their performance while minimizing the risk of injuries.

PROGRAMMING

  • 180° Base Camp

    180° Base Camp is your entry point into the 180° Remote Performance Program, designed to build a strong foundation for your athletic development. After submitting your player profile, you will receive a customized 12-session, 4 week program tailored to our athletic development standards.

  • 180° Athlete

    180° Athlete provides a high degree of specificity and accountability. This includes real-time progress tracking and biweekly check-ins to fine-tune your program as you train. By updating your progress after each session, you can receive ongoing support and adjustments, ensuring your training evolves with your performance needs.

180° ATHLETIC PROGRESSION

  • Control

    Foundation phase of programming focusing on stability, control, and efficient movement mechanics. This block is personalized to accommodate the athlete's age and injury history, ensuring foundational strength is built safely and effectively.

  • Accelerate

    The second phase of programming designed to improve speed and agility. Training intensity and drill selection will be adjusted based on the athlete’s level of play and competition schedule to prevent overtraining and optimize peak performance periods.

  • Prime

    The final phase and also an advanced block that emphasizing explosive power and peak conditioning. This phase includes sport-specific exercises tailored to the athlete's current competitive demands, focusing on both performance enhancement and injury prevention strategies.
