PROGRAMMING

  • 180° Base Camp

    The First Stage of 180° Programming
    180 Base Camp is your entry point into the 180° Remote Performance Program, designed to build a strong foundation for your athletic development. After submitting your player profile, you’ll receive a customized 12-session programtailored to your needs. This structured plan provides expert-designed training, allowing you to progress independently while following a clear path to improved performance.

  • 180° Athlete

    Advanced Programming for monitored and fluid programming.
    180° Athlete is the next level of 180° Programming, offering a higher degree of specificity and accountability. This tier includes real-time progress tracking and biweekly check-ins to fine-tune your program as you train. By updating your progress after each session, you’ll receive ongoing support and adjustments, ensuring your training evolves with your performance needs.

180° ATHLETIC PROGRESSION

  • Control (Block 1)

    4-week foundation program focusing on stability, control, and efficient movement mechanics. This block is personalized to accommodate the athlete's age and injury history, ensuring foundational strength is built safely and effectively.

  • Accelerate (Block 2)

    8-week program designed to improve speed and agility. Training intensity and drill selection will be adjusted based on the athlete’s level of play and competition schedule to prevent overtraining and optimize peak performance periods.

  • Prime (Block 3)

    12-week advanced block emphasizing explosive power and peak conditioning. This phase includes sport-specific exercises tailored to the athlete's current competitive demands, focusing on both performance enhancement and injury prevention strategies.
